Amy Kell, President,
KELL CONSULTING, LLC
Since 1976, Amy Kell has worked in the low-income housing
field at the national, regional and local levels, and in public, not-for-profit
and private sector environments. Ms. Kell is an innovative, goal-oriented professional
with significant experience as an advisor, consultant, analyst and writer. As
President of Kell Consulting, she is responsible for directing all aspects of
the company, overseeing all work products, and overseeing each client relationship.
Ms. Kell has an MBA with a concentration in marketing from the University of
Chicago, a BA with concentrations in history and political science from Oakland
University, and is a certified PHM. |

Steve Hoberman, Vice President,
KELL CONSULTING, LLC
Mr. Hoberman has 28 years of experience in the computer
field in increasingly diversified software and hardware environments. He has
the ability to implement project designs and goals with an orientation toward
quality and minimized risk, and excels at problem determination and resolution.
Mr. Hoberman focuses on the management and analysis of large data sets to produce
meaningful reports and graphics. He holds a BS degree with a concentration in
Business Administration from Northeastern University. |
